Where do you ship to?

Currently, I only ship my products in Switzerland.

What service do you use?

The Schweizerische Post, B-Post.

How long will it take to get my order?

I personally pack and ship every order, therefore please allow up to one week for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 days.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact wanaleewoods@gmail.com straight away and I will do my best to solve the issue. If more than a week passes, it may become difficult to resolve.

How do you price your shipping?

The prices are based on the Schweizerische Post mail rates. The rates depend on the weight and size.

What if I receive my item and it is damaged?

Please contact wanaleewoods@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cases will be handled individually. Products are photographed to resemble real life look and size. Refunds apply on a case to case basis only for damage resulting from transport.

If an item is out of stock, how long until it will be back in stock?

If you cannot see an item you like, or something has run out of stock, feel free to put in a request on the contact form and I’ll let you know if and when they’re being restocked.

What are the payment options?

Purchases can only be made by credit card. Other options (TWINT, PayPal, etc.) will come in the future.

What sizes do you offer for prints?

A5 and square (12cm x 12cm).

How do you make your art?

I mainly use Procreate and Mixed Media tools to create my art work.

Do you sell originals?

Originals are not sold currently.

Can I commission you for my project?

Yes, you can. If many requests are being processed, note that you will be put on a waiting list.
